Do you feel like you're doing EVERYTHING in your relationship? And you're exhausted, tired, and DONE. Ya know you could do everything....but do you really want to?

I explain how I began healing from burnout. I went from burnout to bliss when I stopped trying to be Superwoman and stepped into unapologetically being my True Self and started to love myself the way I wanted my man to love me.

Aren't you tired of doing all the cooking, cleaning, and child-rearing…. all on your own?!

Are you tired of being "on" all the damn time....

Always having to be the strong one?! I so get it! This was me 100%.

Wouldnt it be nice to just sit back and put your feet up?

In my relationship, I remember so vividly of coming home after getting groceries and I was always the last one to sit down.

I was always doing the cooking, cleaning, child-rearing, the emotional heavy lifting.....basically every damn thing, and all it did was burn me out, and make me feel exhausted 24/7!!

I was just so tired every day but I kept on doing everything....like a mad woman!

I didn't know how to ask for help and sit my ass down and do nothing.

Anxiety was always in the background...

I didn't know that I was acting on my anxiety b/c I never slowed down enough to feel it or realize it!!

We are not taught to feel our feelings and what to do with them!!

They are not your enemies....

Matter of fact, they are you guides. They point the way to what you need, what makes you feel good....

all the wonderful things that make you ...You!

You've probably heard of fight or flight....

I was in "flight" 24/7.

I didn't know how to slow TF down and just be!

But eventually, you'll make yourself sick from the going, going, going and your body will FORCE you to slow down.

From someone who felt I had to be a superwoman, you don't have to be.

You can slow down.

That to-do list WILL still be there tomorrow....

Those dirty clothes will still be there tomorrow...

These are not EMERGENCIES

They are drains on your time and energy that are needed for your self-care and to feel your damn best everyday.

FACT - You deserve to feel good!

FACT - you don't have to do "IT ALL" on your own

FACT - It's not an emergency! That urgency you feel is your anxiety and what you NOT to check off another thing on your to-do list, it's to sit TF down and just breathe.

Just notice those feelings that are coming up and NOT act on them.

Just observe them.

Let them move through you.....like a wave.

And just BE.

Allow yourself to feel.....cry.....and just keep breathing

Let what feels good, be what guides you.
