Payment questions

• My bank charged me twice - Occasionally, a ‘pending’ transaction may appear twice, looking like a double purchase. Please allow 1-3 days for bank processing, then check back with us.

• I made a duplicate purchase - Please allow 48hrs to pass as this may be a ‘pending’ charge. If this is a true double purchase, please send your full name, purchase date and item name to cancel and refund the duplicate by going to the Contact tab and then Get In Touch and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Why get a coach?

Coaching will dramatically speed up your progress. What took me 20 years by myself, in addition to making a crap ton of mistakes along the way, it could have taken a year or 2 with a skilled coach! So when you invest in a great coach saves you years and even decades of time and isolation trying to figure everything out on your own….which may not be possible.

How do you choose a coach?

Go with your gut! Who do you feel resonates with you and feel is trustworthy and knowledgeable? Are they trained?? Trust your initial hit of, “I feel safe” or “I don’t feel safe with this person,” when checking them out, and then also notice how you feel during your coaching calls. Do you feel seen, heard, cared for, respected and understood? Always listen to your gut!

For me, I look at a combination of things: their education, experience, and how I feel around them.

How am I different?

I am a Trained Therapist with my Masters Degree, I’m a Certified Relationship Coach, Trauma Informed, and am a Certified Practitioner. I have developed systems and tools from my own healing journey to help you have the loved, adoration, and passionate relationship you deserve!

I also offer voxer daily coaching which most coaches do not offer in my VIP Package. It’s pricessless to be able to check in daily and get support and accountability!! Sometimes waiting a week or 2 in between sessions is just too hard to do!

Do you have a refund policy?

All Coaching, Courses, Programs, and Digital Downloads are non-refundable. Because of the nature of digital products, once you’ve received access, it cannot be returned. The same applies to Private Coaching, as time and energy are invested specifically for you.

This policy also helps protect against misuse and ensures fairness to all clients. Please purchase mindfully, knowing that when you invest, you’re committing to your growth. 💖
