Heal From Heartbreak
Only a few short years ago, I had a devastating blow that changed my entire life trajectory.
It was right before the holidays which made it 100x worse!!
My life as I knew it changed overnight, my and my young kids’ lives were turned completely upside down in the blink of an eye!!
I said goodbye to the man who I thought was my forever person to find myself again and learn what self-love truly meant.
This was the death of the old me and the beginning of something I’d never known before……..a new me…….a rebirth.
This was the most painful thing I’d ever experienced, and it was the exact thing that I needed to become the amazing woman I am today who loves myself completely.
But I wasn’t always like this. I went from always having to be little Ms. Perfect, never upset anyone, and put everyone else first to learning what my worth actually was! This was without all of the perfecting and constantly doing, to loving myself more than anyone, and pleasing myself first!!
